GUIDELINES

1. Church attendance is mandatory @ Jubilee Christian Center in Muskogee,
Oklahoma. Transportation is provided. If you choose not to attend church, you will
be written up. Men and Women are required to get involved in a home group within
the church to build relationships within the community. This is imperative to your
success. Bible reading and journaling is also required.


2. Celebrate Recovery weekly attendance is mandatory. One meeting consists of
attending large group AND small group. Residents must get a sponsor within the
first 30 days. There are 3 CR locations in Muskogee:
ï‚· Monday at 630pm @ Restoration Church
ï‚· Thursday at 630 @ Boulevard Christian Center
ï‚· Friday at 7 @ New Hope Assembly of God.


3. There are multiple NA/AA meetings in Muskogee and are encouraged but not
mandatory.


4. Residents are highly encouraged to get in a CR 12-step study during the duration of
their program.


5. Residents are highly encouraged to apply for the Muskogee Bridges Out of Poverty
program.


6. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for drug or alcohol use. Random UA’s and/or
breath analysis will be administered. You will have no more than 20 minutes to
provide the urine specimen. UA’s will be observed by a staff member or an
assigned house manager. Refusal of a UA will be considered a dirty, and therefore
grounds for dismissal.


7. Residents must have or must be seeking gainful employment to remain in the
program. If after two weeks you have not found employment, it is your responsibility
to schedule a meeting with the director to discuss any barriers causing you to
remain unemployed. Prior to any change in employment, a full two-week notice will
be given. Failure to do so could result in immediate dismissal from the program. If a
resident does not work but is able to pay their program fee due to help from family
or disability checks, the resident is required to volunteer 15-20 hours of their week
in the community. Volunteer hours will need to be confirmed. If you need help
locating a place to volunteer, the director will assist in finding you a place to serve.

8. The cost for residing in the home is $500 per month or $125 per week. These fees
include your rent, utilities and WIFI. If the utility bill exceeds $275, the remainder will
be divided between the number of residents in the home.


9. There is a $100 entry fee which is nonrefundable. If you are requesting that we
hold a bed for you until your release from a rehab or prison this will need to be paid
to hold the bed and/or send an acceptance letter. There are some exceptions to
this rule see policies and procedures.


10. NO resident will be allowed to go over two (2) weeks without payment, unless
granted permission by the director. Any resident that knows there will be a delay in
payment MUST contact the director to discuss a plan of action. This is YOUR
responsibility. We should not have to come and ask for your program fees. Being
responsible for
paying your bills, keeping areas clean, completing assigned chores in the house,
and church attendance are all vital parts of achieving recovery, and becoming
successful.


11. Chores are required to be done DAILY. In addition to a DEEP CLEAN once per
week. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a write up or a fine. This will be at
the discretion of the director. If this becomes a continual problem, you will be
released.


12. Residents are responsible for their own lawn care. Yards must be kept mowed and
free of clutter, toys, trash etc.


13. Men and Women are responsible for purchasing their own groceries. Sharing or not
sharing groceries must be clearly communicated amongst the residents.


14. Residents will be encouraged to put at least $25 per week into a savings account.


15. Signing in and out of the home is a requirement. We will also send you an invite to
our Life 360 App. Being accountable 24/7 is mandatory.


16. Curfew is 10 pm. If working, this curfew may be extended with a copy of work
schedule provided to the house manager. Pass requests must be submitted to the
Director one week prior to the requested time to be considered for approval. Passes
will not be granted every weekend. IF you are behind on your program fees do NOT
request a pass. It will be denied.


17. Visitation with children is highly encouraged. Guidelines for children while visiting
the home are as follows:
ï‚· Children can spend the night a maximum of 4 nights per month (must be approved)

ï‚· Children can visit their mom 4 hours a week not including weekends.

ï‚· Children must leave the home no later than 7pm
ï‚· During the overnight stays, children need to have their baths and be in the
room quiet with their mom by 9pm.
ï‚· Children are the responsibility of the parent they are visiting. No other
residents should be looking after another resident’s child at any time, under
any circumstances. Children MUST sleep in the room with their own parent.
ï‚· Holiday visitation will be made on an individual basis.


18. Failure to comply with the requirements for Drug Court, Mental Health Court,
Probation, Parole, or Community Sentencing will result in immediate dismissal from
the program. Disrespecting the program regulations that are keeping you out of
prison is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.


19. Do not pick up, borrow, or move another Residents property this could be
considered stealing and result in dismissal.


20. Residents will not be allowed to miss church or CR without FIRST getting
permission this includes leaving church early. No one will be allowed to miss more
than once per month due to “being sick”.


21. Attendance is mandatory at weekly house meetings.


22. Dating/Relationships are not allowed while living in the home. If you are legally
married & the other spouse is sober, then contact will be at the discretion of the
director. Relationships at best can be a hinderance to the recovery process. If you
have been here over one year, then you may be allowed to date with the director’s
approval. Unhealthy relationships are primarily the root cause of what has landed
most women into this program and working toward healthy relationships is
paramount to your success. If it becomes evident that a resident is involved in a
relationship in or out of the home, the Director will give a verbal warning. If the
warning goes unheeded, immediate dismissal will follow.

23. Getting sober is only the first part of your recovery journey every one of these rules
are in place for a reason. These new habits are essential to you being successful in
your recovery and learning a new way of life free from substances and hurts, habits,
and hang-ups.


24. Breaking of rules will result in a write up, after 3 write—ups you will be released.

25. If/When you leave the program, we will immediately send a letter of release to the
DA’s office and no more letters will be required from us.


26. If you live in a women and children’s home your children are required to follow all
the same rules as you.


27. When you move out you must do a change of address immediately. We will NOT be
responsible for watching for, or delivering your mail after you’re gone.
